Cannot find multiple records in Airtable anymore

There is no longer an option to find many records in airtable using zapier! Please help!

I’ve previously used this in multiple scenarios but specifically for sending emails being able to find multiple records has been necessary. There is no longer this option on zapier and I don’t know if theres another way to do this natively in zapier.

Has anyone else faced this issue recently (all older posts are unhelpful as they are using the “find many records” action that no longer is supported) and found a solution that works?

I’m on the same boat and would love some help that doesn’t include webhooks. needing this to automate invoicing.

I’m so sorry to hear that the Find Many Records action is no longer available in your Zaps. I expect it was removed due to the Find Record action now able to return multiple records.

To enable it to return more than one record, you’d need to select the Return all results as line items. Step run status is “success.” option from the If multiple search results are found? field:
