Hello,

I'm unable to send a message to a private Slack channel when entering a custom value for the channel name. It only works when using the channel ID from the URL. However, using a static value allows the channel name to work.

How can I use the channel name with a custom value instead of the channel ID? This seems to be a bug — could this be fixed?

Which Slack action are you trying to use?

Post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.
