Can't see forms when using Facebook Lead Ads (for Business Admins)

I am trying to set up a Zap using Facebook Lead Ads (for Business Admins) but I can’t see any forms that I’ve created for the ads. 
I’ve successfully connected my Business Manager account, but the list of forms is empty.
Any ideas?

I would start by ensuring that you have all the proper permissions set up on your Facebook Lead Ads account: https://zapier.com/help/doc/how-to-get-started-with-facebook-lead-ads-for-business-admins-on-zapier#about-facebook-lead-ads-for-business-adminss-integration 

Could you please confirm that all those special account permissions have been set inside your Facebook Lead Ads account?

Thank you! I have removed the connection and added it again and now it worked - I can see all forms I’ve created :)
