I tried setting up the automated response for Google review today and I was not able to select the filter to filter out ‘ STAR RATING LESSER THAN 3 STARS . It seems to me that Zapier’s auto google review replies only work for 5 stars only. Why is that so? There are no data options to select 4 stars, 3 stars or 2 stars. I need help!

You would only need 1 Filter condition like this…

The warning is to indicate your Zap Filter step would not have passed because the Number Rating field value from the selected Zap trigger step example has a value of 4.
