I tried setting up the automated response for Google review today and I was not able to select the filter to filter out ‘ STAR RATING LESSER THAN 3 STARS . It seems to me that Zapier’s auto google review replies only work for 5 stars only. Why is that so? There are no data options to select 4 stars, 3 stars or 2 stars. I need help!
