Can't get Facebook Instant Forms to Zap to Klaviyo

Hi everyone! 

So we have a simple form set up in Facebook Instant Forms (Name and email ) and we can’t get Zapier to send it over to Klaviyo (Email newsletter system) - www.klaviyo.com ) 

We have test data in Instant forms and then connect to Klaviyo using Zapier. AN iframe pops up and we set it to zap the data to Klaviyo.  There is a pop up that says “Test data successful” but nothing is in Klaviyo.

So maybe there is a some kind of option we are not setting or maybe the list needs to be set up in a specific way in Klaviyo? 

So appreciate in advance the help!
