Whenever I try to add my Wave account as a connection, the “Allow Access” and “Deny Access” button is greyed out under the permissions pop-up.

I’m logged into the proper wave account. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and using a different browser.

I reached out to the Wave team but got a generic unhelpful response.

I’m not sure what to try at this point.

If the "Allow Access" button is greyed out when trying to connect Wave to Zapier, it usually helps to add the connection manually through Zapier > My Apps > Add Connection instead of during Zap setup. Make sure you’re logged into the correct Wave account with admin access and try using an incognito window to avoid browser issues. If the problem persists, contacting Zapier support with screenshots can help resolve it.

Hey @Leenv, just checking in—did Adil’s suggestion of connecting via the Apps page do the trick?

If not, from the permissions page shown in your screenshot when you click on the down arrows to expand each permission (View user profile, View and manage business settings etc.) does it then show checkboxes?

And if so, are any of them empty? Just wondering if it could be a case of the individual permissions not being selected that’s causing that Allow access button to be greyed out. 🤔

Do you think that could be it?
