Can't connect to Jotform

I’m stuck on connecting my Jotform account. I am the Jotform admin, and have tried using my user name (which is not my email) as well as my email, and neither work. I keep seeing “login failed - invalid username or password.” 

 

I have also tried incognito mode.

I know the Jotform login works, as I logged in using the exact credentials. 

What could be the issue? Thank you!

Hi ​@Vikki 

Make sure to manually input the field values instead of using an auto-fill password manager.

I tried that, but it didn’t work.

However, I realized the error was in the type of Jotform account I was trying to connect to. We have Jotform Enterprise, which was a different selection than Jotform. Once I swapped Jotform for Jotform Enterprise, I was able to log in.
