Not working for me either.! Please notify me when resolved.


This is a critical error that is holding my team back for over a week. I'm used to Zapier and want to stay here, but I'm also looking at other options if Zapier can't fix it in the next couple of days. Can we please have an update?

I have been using AI by Zapier and managed to get it working after receiving this error.

When you try connect, it gives you an error, but if you then exit the screen and go back to Configuration → Authentication, you can then actually select the authentication you just attempted.

 

When I did this, it turned out that despite the error, my zap was able to operate and communicate with Claude as intended!

Just thought I'd let you know incase it works for you too.

Please add me to the list. I saw someone above Make.com is working and is cheaper - I’ll try that while I wait.


I’m having this issue as well. I thought I was losing my mind! 


This is my first time using Zapier. Not a great first impression. Looking at using Make.com instead.

Hi everyone 👋

Sorry for the delayed update here. I'm happy to report that this issue has been resolved! Our engineers have fixed the problem that was causing valid API keys to fail during authentication, so you should be able to connect your Anthropic account without any errors now.

I know this issue was super frustrating, especially for those of you setting up your first Zaps or with workflows held up for over a week. Really appreciate everyone's patience while our team worked on the fix. And thank you ​@ojvs for sharing that workaround to help get things working for folks while the fix was being worked on.
