Bullhorn CRM: New Candidate Trigger only returns Candidate ID

Having issues pulling data from Bullhorn hen a new Connection is made. Zapier only pulls up the ID. No other information is available to use.

Has anyone had success pulling full data from Bullhorn when a new entity is either created or edited?

Hi @Ron M

Good question.

Please clarify what Bullhorn CRM Zap app trigger(s) you are trying to use:

The triggers for “New Candidate” and “Updated Candidate”

@Ron M

Can you provide screenshots of the returned data from each Zap trigger event so we have more context?

Here are 2 screens for the Updated Candidate...

And 2 for the New Candidate...

Hi @lrattigan - are you using the “New Candidate" Trigger? If so, the team has identified a bug that is preventing particular data from being pulled from Bullhorn.

Let us know if that’s the case and I’ll add you to the list of impacted users along with updating this thread when the bug is squashed!

We are having challenges with both the “New Lead” and the New Opportunity” Triggers.  Is there an ETA on when this Bug will be resolved?

Hi everyone!

I’m sorry for the frustration that this bug is causing. We’re doing our best to work with the Bullhorn team (who own and maintain the integration) to get this resolved as soon as possible.

In situations like this, we sometimes find it helpful if you also reach out to Bullhorn directly as it’ll help raise their awareness of the issue and that it's impacting their users.
