Bug with Jotform integration "this auth has expired"

Trying to create a Zap with a trigger based on a Jotform submission but they won’t connect.

I found an existing topic from a few months ago to say this was a known bug and was thought to have been resolved but it would appear that’s not the case.

Please advise how to proceed.
