Buffer error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ext')

We have raised a ticket with Zapier about having the following error message: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ext')"

This is from a google sheets to a buffer post.

But we still haven’t had a response from the support team- at 24 hours- they normally come back quite quick

Is there an issue with the support team at the moment?
