We have an integration with Better Unite which is working well. One of the fields for Address, has a comma automatically included in the Street. It’s causing mis-matches in our Virtuous contact record. I’m trying to find a way to remove the comma or edit the value and take out the comma.

For us to have more context, post screenshots showing the DATA OUT from the Zap trigger step 1, so we can see the structure of the data to determine if it is an array.

Were you able to get this sorted? If not, and you could try using a Formatter (Text > Replace) action to remove the commas (assuming it’s not coming over as line items). In the Formatter action you’d map the Contact Details Street field from the BetterUnite trigger into the Input field, put a comma into the Find field and leave Replace field blank. That would remove any commas from the street name and then in the Find Value field on the Virtuous action you’d need to select the street name that’s output by the Formatter action.
