Good day!

 

I have a question with regards to this Zap that I created. I’m a little confused as to what “Create/Update a Prospect does?


I configured it to be in the New Lead stage in the Sales Pipeline (2nd photo) but when I checked the sales pipeline in Better Agency, it is not showing.

Can anyone help me with it? Thank you!

The Zap trigger is scheduled for every 15 minutes based on your Zapier plan.

Check your Zap Runs history details for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

The Better Agency Zap step should return the ID of the Prospect that was created/updated to help you troubleshoot in Better Agency.
