Is anyone else having problems using AudioPen Prime integration? For some reason, the test that I did worked fine. But nothing triggers when I try to make a note on AudioPen after the test.

If there Zap Run is not firing and you have confirming the test is correct for the configured Zap trigger conditions, then it may be an issue with AudioPen,
Try contacting AudioPen Support for help with their Zap app integration.

could you please check now? also, please note that the trigger fires 2 mins after a note is created so that you have enough time to make edits or add tags.
