I’m having trouble configuring the Appbot integration properly to upload a Notion database card, I keep getting Alerte messages in my inbox and I can’t figure out how to fix it. The error mentions a body.properties.Appstore rating.rich_text undefined but I doesn’t seem like there is error in the Zap action set up.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!

The screenshot you provided shows how your Zap step 2 is configured, but it does not show the actual data used from the related Zap Run that resulted in the error.

In your Zap Run history, check the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

It’s still not working, maybe it has to do with how Zapier gets the Appbot api for playstore reviews?

@henri.buenbit

You may have to try process of elimination to determine which field is causing the error.

If you are trying to map variables to dropdown fields, here is a help link about the dropdown field expected values: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241696141-Add-custom-values-to-dropdown-menu-fields-in-Zaps
