Hi,

While, tyring to link Airtable to QBO create bill, I’m receiving the following error:

A business validation error has occurred while processing your request: Business Validation Error: Change this transaction currency to match what you use for your accounts receivable and accounts payable.

In QBO, home currency is EURO, vendor set to USD, Accounts payable is USD.

In Airtable, amount is set as a number (data is USD)

Cant figure it out, any help appreciated.

Hi @SFrd

For us to have more info about the QBO Zap step error, post screenshots showing how your QBO Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode.

Hey there @SFrd 👋 Were you able to get this sorted?

If not, I wonder if QuickBooks is expecting the bill to be in EUR rather than USD, given that's your home currency. 🤔

Is Multi-Currency enabled in your QuickBooks account? It could be that it needs enabling or its settings adjusted to allow bills in a different currency to be created without that error.

Let us know how you get on!
