Agent does not get triggered at a specified time

agent asking for permission to search web each time I run it manually, and may be because of this it does not get triggered at the specified time.

Just came across this and spotted that the Support team were able to help you get things solved. So I wanted to share the solution here for anyone else coming across this that might be having the same trouble with their Agent:

Could you try adding a tool (visit website)

If you're experiencing an issue where your Zap asks for web permissions each time it runs manually, which may interfere with its scheduled trigger. To resolve this, ensure your Zap is correctly configured with all required permissions and the trigger settings align with your intended schedule. Re-authenticate any connected apps to avoid repeated permission prompts. Note that manual runs may behave differently from automated ones, so ensure the Zap is turned on for automatic execution. Check your Zap history for errors, and if the issue continues, contact Zapier support for further help.
