Hey, I am trying to do the following an running into a possible error:
When someone makes a purchase on my squarespace website they are added to my mailchimp audience, I want to add a tag that says “member” to that person. If you can tell from this image, am I doing this correctly? I received an email from Zap saying their was a connection error but i tested it and the connection is good.
I hired someone from upwork to do this and paid over $300 only to have them build a zap loop that delayed us a month, she never completed the work and now i am here with unhappy clients trying to handle this myself. I really appreciate the help.
