404 error

Hi everyone, I am trying to create a zap so that submissions to my Fillout Form populates our RealTime Database in Firebase but I can’t quite figure out how to overcome this 404 error. 

 

I roughly understand that its a pathing issue but I think I need help figuring out how to map it.

 

If it helps, here’s how we setup our JSON in Firebase

Things to check/try:

  • Help links for the Zap app integration: https://zapier.com/apps/firebase/integrations#help
  • For the Path, click the field label to see a tooltip with more info that may be helpful for understanding the expected value
  • For the Data section, you likely need a value on the left side.

 


@Troy Tessalone thanks for your reply, and apologies in advance for the poor formatting below. would appreciate your continued support on this!

 

I’ve now tried setting up the relative path referencing submissions from our Firebase JSON (highlighted in yellow) - but I still get the same 404 error when testing the zap.

and as for data, I now use the key, submissionId - highlighted in orange above

data now has value

but yeah, still 404 error :(

Our team switched over to Firestore Database on Firebase so we’re no long dealing with this issue.
