10X Scale CRM

The 10X CRM is listed in the Zapier app directory but I can't connect to it in Zapier because it asks for an API key (which 10X CRM provides) as well as an API SID (10X CRM doesn’t provide/have this). I’m using the 10X Scale CRM which isn’t the same login page as 10X CRM. 

 

I’ve contacted support with 10X and they said it was a Zapier issue since they don’t use an API SID, just an API Key.

 

Any suggestions on how to move forward to get this fixed.

    I’m not really familiar with 10X Scale CRM. However, could you please a screenshot of the interface of 10X Scale CRM? This will help me dig deeper into the issue you’re running into.
