When I do the test and debug in Zoho Flow, I get this outcome:
"Zoho Desk says "The data is invalid due to validation restrictions\n/contactId-invalid ""
may I know what actually is this contactId?
because im trying to to do an automation for receive an email to auto trigger create a ticket, but comes to the part of crate ticket the input actually holding the needed data already but the output show the error message above. Can anyone explain to me? Thankssss
