Hi -

 

I have a zap from Airtable that should filter “Onboarding- Pending Agreement” and “UK Onboarding - Pending Agreement” and depending on which path it should create a user on Flodesk depending on the segment. Right now everyone onboarding is going through both paths. Ive done “text contains exact statuses and Ive also done contains UK vs does not contain UK and still nothing has worked. 

 

Does anyone have any recommendations?

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap Filter steps are configured in EDIT mode.
