As title says, my use case would be unnecessary to have Zapier's flow activate on every conversation. What I couldn't find in the documentation and my own exploration is if I can use Intercom's workflows to request information via Zapier from WooCommerce so the AI Bot from Intercom can respond to customer inquiries.

Thank you, I suppose that if I need help setting the API request I should consult Intercom as the request comes form their end, right? And then in Zapier, I can use the webhook to trigger the flow.
