Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble accessing the Interfaces section in my Zapier account.

When I go to Interfaces to edit a form I built (used on my website), the page starts loading but after about a minute I’m redirected to a blank page with the message:

“Login failed, please try again.”

I’ve tested this in both Chrome and Firefox (cleared cache and cookies), and the issue persists.

Other parts of my Zapier account (including Zaps and Tables) are working normally. The problem seems to be limited to Interfaces, and as a result, the form on the website that depends on that Interface is currently down.

Has anyone experienced this issue recently or found a fix?


Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you were indeed affected by that incident Sparsh mentioned - sorry about that! Everything should be working again, but we’re still running our final checks to make sure all systems are stable before marking the incident as fully resolved.
