What is happening with Zapier??

 

I have multiple locations that aren’t working. I am trying to contact Zapier, but it is imnpossible to do that…

Hey, I think the issue might be with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East-1 region — it’s been really unstable today. That’s affecting a lot of systems, so it could be why Zapier isn’t working right now.

Hopefully AWS will share an update soon on how long they expect it to last, since parts of our operations don’t work properly when their services are partially down.

Hey folks 👋

Sorry about the disruption yesterday! I can confirm that this was related to the wider AWS service disruption that impacted multiple services, including Zapier.

Any Zaps paused due to the incident have been unpaused and functionality across the Zapier platform has since been restored. Any Zap runs that were paused during the incident have been replayed and usual workflow processing has resumed.

Really appreciate everyone’s patience while the team worked to get everything back up and running again. We’re continuing to monitor platform stability and will let you know once our final system and data integrity checks are complete. You can also subscribe to updates on the incident page that Sparsh shared to stay informed in the meantime.
