Gravity Forms error: {"message":"Invalid Consumer Key and/or Consumer Secret or REST API in Gravity Forms is not Enabled"}

can anyone help with the below error: 

 

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: We ran into an error and were unable to complete the request. This kind of error is usually cause by a malformed Base URL, but could have other causes. Please provide this error message to Support if you wish to escalate: AppError: {"message":"Invalid Consumer Key and/or Consumer Secret or REST API in Gravity Forms is not Enabled"}

I had to refresh the wordpress site and reinstall gravity forms to get it to work again.

I’m having a similar issue. My app and integration had been working but now they do not. I’ve checked the logs on the gravity forms side and this is what it says:

 

2023-12-08 15:27:12.341753 - DEBUG --> GF_REST_Authentication::authenticate(): Running. 
2023-12-08 15:27:12.341855 - DEBUG --> GF_REST_Authentication::perform_basic_authentication(): Running. 
2023-12-08 15:27:12.343358 - DEBUG --> GF_REST_Authentication::perform_basic_authentication(): Valid. 
2023-12-08 15:27:12.346587 - DEBUG --> GF_REST_Authentication::check_user_permissions(): Running for user #1. 
2023-12-08 15:27:12.352191 - DEBUG --> GF_REST_Authentication::check_user_permissions(): Permissions valid.

 

The zapier app in wordpress and gravity forms apps are both up to date.

Workaround is to use the Gravity Forms Webhook Add-On

thanks for the replies. looks like the webhooks workaround is only avaiulable for pro/enterprise users, and i dont really want to pay for yet another package upgrade

Hi! 

I have the same issue, but does it mean when I reinstall Gravity Forms that I need to add all the contact forms again?
