HELP WITH APPOINTMENT REMINDERS (SMS and EMAIL)

Hi everyone need some directions on appointment reminder zaps. 

 

I use google calender to schedule appointments and want SMS and EMAIL going out 30 min before as a reminder or confirmation.  

 

Please help,
