Hello,

I am reaching out because while creating a Zap to link my CallRail account to my Insightly account, I am running into an issue.

I am trying to write a custom GET request through Webhooks via Zapier and I am getting a "Not found" response. However, I made the same request in Postman and confirmed that in fact there is a found recond and it pulls it. I've also included an image of the record in question from my Insightly account. I am using the same API key in all three. PLease see the attached screenshots and let me know what is happening.

I reviewed the screen shots (thank you for providing) and see nothing that jumps out as being inconsistent.  I recommend trying the Insightly API developers site.  You’ll be able to see more information in the Response.

  1. Go to https://api.insightly.com/v3.1/Help
  2. in the Upper Left enter your API Key
  3. Scroll to Leads > Gets a filtered list of Leads
  4. Enter your Parameters and click the Try button.

In the Right pane you will see your Request and Response.

Hope this gives you some insights…

David
