Are there any existing solutions that would support a User receiving an incoming call via a VOIP app (trigger), the Zap then searches a CRM for matches to the phone number and returns to the user Contact information? E.g. Name, company info etc.

What you’re describing sounds more like frontend scripting in real-time, whereas Zapier is best suited for backend app to app automation.
To do front end scripting you’d likely have to leverage an app’s APIs to achieve the desired functionality.
Most popularCRMs have a Search action available.

Hi Troy! Thanks for your reply. I think we’re looking at more of a direct API integration is the requirement here is certainly real time for the info to be displayed to the user.
We’ll go down this route.
