Email by Zapier: Fields with no value

I am using Email by Zapier to forward messages to be used in a zap. The zaps are failing because the message body from Email by Zapier is passing the data with no value in the fields. I am looking for recommendations on how to troubleshoot. Thanks!

Please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Please outline a specific example that is having issues in order for us to better evaluate and advise.
