Zoom Webinar registration to active campaign

Hello!

I am so confused by this. I have had success for a moment with a Zap from my Zoom Webinar registration going into my Active Campaign list. But I cannot get it to work again. Is there a formula to try or has anyone done this?

Is the Zap ON?

Has there been a new Zoom Registrant since the Zap has been turned ON?

  1. Trigger: Zoom - New Registrant
  2. Action: ActiveCampaign - Create/Update Contact
