Hi, I was able to create a zap from gmail to simple text. When I get a missed call from google voice it triggers an email to my gmail then I was able to create a zap from gmail to simple text to send a message. However, I was wondering if I can do that and replace simple text with my Mailchimp SMS text system.

I did some checking and found we’ve got a feature request open for the ability to send SMS messages using Mailchimp so I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request. While I can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll definitely notify you by email if it becomes available!
Looking at Mailchimp’s API documentation I’m not seeing any mention of SMS sending being supported so it won’t be possible to use a Custom Action or API Request Mailchimp action to send the message at this time. You’d have to stick with SimpleTexting or move to an alternative Phone & SMS app for the moment.

That would have to be supported by the Mailchimp API: https://mailchimp.com/developer/marketing/api/
