Hello 
Can anyone help with this issue, please?

Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "A test lead was already created for this leadgen form. Delete the existing lead before creating a new one. To retrieve the lead id, use the GET call on /test_leads edge.".

We have the same problem with our zapier to retrive leads from Facebook , the start of problem was 

yesterday all zapier work fine .

The same, after https://status.zapier.com/incidents/2zk7bgjlc3ny# i have
