How can I export data from Facebook into Google Sheets, including the names and IDs of all Ads, Ad Sets, and Campaigns for today, how much each Ad has spent, and the number of results (e.g., the number of messages)?

Hi @Lucas Ng,

You may try this to transfer Facebook Ads data into Google Sheets using Zapier, first, choose Facebook Ads as the trigger app and select a trigger event like “New Ad,” “New Ad Set,” or “New Campaign.” Connect your Facebook account and customize the trigger to track details such as Ad name, ID, spend, and results. Test the trigger to ensure it works correctly.

Next, choose Google Sheets as the action app and select “Create Spreadsheet Row” as the action event. Connect your Google account, select the Google Sheets document and worksheet, and map the Facebook Ads data to the appropriate columns. Test the action to ensure data is correctly added to Google Sheets, then turn on your Zap.

Note that the data will only be updated from setting up the Zap forward, and there may be task limits depending on your Zapier plan.
