Question

I'm testing the Zapier and I'm having some problems

Learner

So, I'm trying to create a donation system for discord, but I'm having some problems in the process.
I’ll describe the whole process I’m trying to do and I’ll highlight the problems I’m having in red

1- Purchase (PayPal)

2- Send an email to the buyer with some instructions to reply

3- The buyer will respond with his discord user in the response. Discord: Buyer#0000

4- Provide the role with the name of the product for that user on the discord

5- Create a card in trello with the buyer's reply

Please, could someone help me?
I'm new to this platform and I'm still trying to understand how it works.

So, I have been trying for some time to create a good Zap to automate my store, but I am not getting it.
The scheme would be as follows:

PayPal -> ¹Gmail -> ²Gmail -> Discord -> Trello

I will now identify the function of each action:

PayPal -> Receive payment

¹Gmail -> Send an email to the buyer in this format
     #Type your discord information below#
     Discord:
     Description:

²Gmail -> Receive a response from the buyer in this format

     #Type your discord information below#
     Discord: user#0000
    Description: I want that custom example

Discord -> Add a role to the discord user mentioned in Gmail²

Trello -> Add the discord user mentioned in Gmail² to the card title and add the description mentioned by the buyer in Gmail²

Is it possible to do that? If so, how?
