Can I transcribe Zoom recordings into text format and generate a summary with ChatGPT, when the audio isn't in MP3?

I’m currently trying to automate uploading my zoom recordings to YouTube. 

I’m struggling with figuring out how to transcribe the video into text format.

Then I want to use this text and input it into chatgpt to summarize a few key points.

Any advice on how I can approach this?

The current problem I’m facing is that the audio file from zoom is not a mp3.

  1. Trigger - New Recording (Zoom)
  2. Action - Convert a File (CloudConvert)
  3. Action - Create Automated Transcription Order (Rev)
  4. Action - Conversation (ChatGPT) 
  5. Action - Upload Video (Youtube)
