I believe the best course of action is Google Contacts because Hubspot integration doesn't have a Updated Contact trigger

When I create/amend a contact in Hubspot update the contact list in Moosend
In Moosend it is a specific (and fixed) email/Campaign list

Good question.
For HubSpot you can use this Zap trigger: Contact Recently Created/Updated
For Google Contacts you can use this Zap trigger: New/Updated Contact
However, for Moosend there is on a Zap action to Create Subscriber, but there is no Zap action to Update Subscriber.
