    Hey @mvkbiz, welcome to the Community! :)

    I’ve moved this out into a separate topic since the error is different from the “Error parsing response error” being discussed in the other thread. From the look of the error you’re running into here it seems that there’s an issue with the login details that were entered. Can you double-check those details in case there was a slight typo preventing you from connecting here?

    Can you also confirm what app you’re wanting to connection to, is it WordPress or related app like WooCommerce? Thanks!
