Continue to move YouTube video to the spam box when auto-posting to Reddit. I am a moderatorand I have added myself to the Approved User option.

@Ambler Unfortunately, Reddit’s spam systems are controlled by them.

Nothing can be done in Zapier to affect whether submissions get added to spam or not - even if you do have automoderator status.
