Zapier and Zoho : how to add notes to existing Contacts or Accounts

Hello,

I know how to search and find the needed Contact or Account, and I know how to create an (unlinked / unrelated) Note, but how do I actually add a Note to the Contact or Account I have selected in the first step?

Similar question : how to add a new Contact underneath an existing Account...
