Hi, I have a funnel with a yes or no answer and submit button. This gets zapped to a google sheet. This is fine.
What I want to do is send an email to clients who clicked no. I can't work out a way to do it. Anyone help?

Thank you for the update! Just to double-check, can you confirm that your configuration looks like the below with the filter as the second step? It's a bit counterintuitive but adding the filter before the action should enable the zap to continue!

Happy to help!
Adding a Filter after a Trigger (eg "New/Updated Row") will help you then create an Action (Send Email) to those folks who provided a particular response.
