Troubleshooting Updating a Person in Pipedrive

The Pipedrive Person ID needs to be used to make the associations.

Just checking in, did you manage to get this sorted?


Yes, I did, but I just noticed today that it seems that Pipedrive’s recent API change broke all my zaps. I was NOT notified by Zapier about this and am wondering how this slipped through the cracks.


Update: once I re-signed into Pipedrive through Zapier, it resolved all the zaps. I am still concerned as I don’t fully understand what happened.

Sometimes disconnections like that happen. Zapier tries to detect you and warn about it, but sometimes things do indeed slip.

You could well write to Zapier support - they have more details logs and might be able to tell you exactly what went wrong. You can open a ticket here: https://zapier.com/app/contact-us
