Hey Everyone!
Anyone know how to copy all google’s contacts to google sheets (name and phone number),

and add to the sheets the new contact that save on google’contacts (I want to have a repository of names and numbers that will be updated on the list that will not be deleted)

I would love for help on the subject.

Hi @The Lion

Good question.

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

To start you may want to do a CSV export from GContacts to GSheets: https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/7199294?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Then try these Zap steps

@The Lion

I recommend referencing the available help articles for using GSheets in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/google-sheets/help

The Lookup Value can be a static value or a mapped variable from a previous step.

Take note of the field description.

You should map the Row/ID variable from the previous GSheet step to make Zap step dynamic.

Hi @The Lion! I hope Troy’s explanation provided some insight. Just wanted to provide an extra resource on mapping of fields in case you need any extra help or may find it useful for future use.

Let us know if you still have questions in relation to this Zap, we’d love to help you out further!
