Creating a new app: App is sending empty string when no dictionary fields are specified

Hi Zappers, We are creating a Zapier App

  • When no dictionary fields are specified the Zapier App sends an empty string. This is unexpected.
  • Our API expects an empty dictionary when no dictionary data is provided.

Is there a recommended way to achieve the expected empty dictionary when no data is entered?

If there is no alternative then we will reluctantly mod our API instead.
