Zoom "User does not exist" error

Hello,

I’m trying to use Zapier to send webinar registrations to Zoom from an internal platform via a webhook.

Everything seems to be setup correctly, fields are correctly mapped. However, when I try and test the setup, I get this error message “User does not exist”. It’s an email that doesn’t exist in Zoom. Did anyone experience the same issue?

Thanks for your answer but unfortunately the setting they’re talking about is unchecked so I don’t think it’s related to that :(
