Hey @siegfried_ lettmann - happy to assist! If you are looking to get contacts AND orders from Stripe into Zoho, you’ll either need 2 Zaps (1 to trigger off of new customers and another off of new payments) or a single Zap that looks something like this:

  1. New Payment
  2. Find Customer
  3. (Some action(s) in Zoho CRM)
