Zendesk automatic ticket creation from user field condition

Hi !

 

I am looking for someone who can create automatic ticket creation from users field condition within Zendesk.

Actually, I am able to find user with condition and create one ticket, but i need to create a loop that will search multiple users until no one respect the criteria.

 

Speaking language : English and French

 

Meeting by zoom before contract
