Zaps are not going through

Hello,

 

I have submitted my form through the google forms and I usually see the zaps go through to all of the other places right away. However, I have tried it twice after not receiving anything after a few hours. I just saw that it had zapped into 1 of the 8 fields. How can I correct it and make sure it will be going through?

Hi @KWPE!

 

The first thing to mention is that Google Forms isn’t an instant trigger, so you can expect a bit of a delay before the information from the form triggers the Zap. We would expect it to take between 1-15 minutes (depending on your Zapier plan) for a form response to trigger a Zap, so there might be something more happening here. Try submitting a new form response, waiting around 15 minutes, and then checking your task history to see if the Zap has been triggered. 

 

For the information going into the wrong fields, the first thing to do is to go back into the action step of your Zap and check that the right fields are in the right place in the action step. If that doesn’t clear things up then the best thing to do is to contact the Support Team as they will be able to walk through your Zap with you to see where the trouble might be. You can do that using the Get Help form: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
