Hello,
Trying to connect Zapier to Small-Improvements, with the Personal Access Token the connection works fine from outside Zapier tested and gives HTTP/1.1 200 OK when we do: curl -H 'Authorization: Bearer TOKENHERE' https://app.small-improvements.com/api/v2/users/me -I

but when entering the TOKEN in the Zapier connection box pop, it gives an error that it’s not Authorized.

What is the correct format / URL to use in order to successfully connect to Zapier to Small-Improvements?

Hi @RZOCK

For us to have context about what you are referring to, post screenshots showing the screen you are interacting with.

Otherwise, try reaching out to Small Improvements Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Hello @Troy Tessalone ,

Thank you for your reply,

referring to this screen (attached) of Zapier to enter a URL with token to connect to SI.

@RZOCK

Field is named Access Token.

Description indicates to input a (PAT) Personal Access Token.

Make sure you are NOT entering an URL.

If you need more help, try reaching out to Small Improvements Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Hello @Troy Tessalone ,

What you are mentioning is very clear and obviously what we tried at first. However the sentence saying “The URL will be similar to ...etc” then seems to be useless and misleading here. So we then after trying to enter the personnal access token without success, this is when we tried to see what do Zapier mean here by this URL and tried to enter different URLs which also did not work, and weirdly giving the same error message instead of indicating that the format is incorrect :)

We have reached to SI support and waiting for a reply.

thank you,
Rachid

@RZOCK

The URL in the description indicates where you can find your PAT in Small Improvements.

You would replace the subdomain “mycompanty” with your subdomain.

e.g. pmycompany].small-improvements.com/app/personal- access-tokens
