Zapier task counts and task usage

Consider this scenario: I've created a Zap with 4 actions, and in the 2nd action, I've implemented 2-3 conditions using filter action. Could someone please explain how tasks and zaps are counted in this situation? Additionally, how does this impact usage, as shown in the image below?
